REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS
30-Day Return Policy (Eligible Items Only)
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is new, unused, unchalked, and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
CUEBOTS reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse or repeated claims.
❗ Non-Refundable Items (Important)
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect:
- Cue butts
- Made-to-order products
- Customized or personalized items
- Limited edition or discontinued products
- Accessories
Cue butts and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically upon order and are not pre-stocked. Once production begins or the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
By placing an order for these products, you agree to this policy.
Used Items
Used or chalked items are not eligible for refunds.
If approved at our discretion, compensation will be issued as a store credit (90% of item value).
Sale & Promotional Items
All items purchased during sales, special promotions, discounts over 10%, Buy-One-Get-One offers are non-refundable.
If Free Shipping promotion was applied, the actual shipping cost incurred by CUEBOTS will be deducted from any approved refund.
EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another product of equal or higher value.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only
- Restocking fees may apply depending on item condition
Cue butts, made-to-order items, accessories, and final-sale products are not eligible for exchange.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS & WARRANTY
Defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
If confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A store credit equal to the purchase value
All products are covered under the CUEBOTS Limited Lifetime Warranty.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled:
- Cue butts
- Made-to-order products
- Customized items
- Accessories
- Sale or promotional orders
