This policy is not only a strong commitment to the durability and performance of our products but also a reflection of our responsibility in accompanying and wholeheartedly supporting our customers throughout their ownership journey. To Cuebots, your peace of mind is always our top priority.

Warranty Coverage

All Cuebots cues and shafts are covered by a lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects under normal usage conditions.

This program is valid for the direct original purchaser only and is non-transferable. 

The lifetime warranty covers the following technical defects:

  • Cracks, breaks, or fractures on the butt or shaft surface
  • Shaft or cue showing signs of warping
  • Unusual hitting sound caused by internal structural defects
  • Broken, loose, or worn-out joints that affect performance
  • Paint peeling or cracking not caused by user impact

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

  • Failure to provide proof of purchase history
  • Products that have been modified or customized in structure, design, or appearance
  • Warping caused by strong impact, improper usage, or visible scratches/dents on the shaft or butt
  • Products repaired or altered by unauthorized third parties, including but not limited to: worn-out ferrules from improper tip replacement, reduced durability or structural integrity, visible scratches/dents on shaft or butt, or bent joints due to incorrect assembly
  • Minor paint scratches from normal usage
  • Accessories category
  • Consumable items such as tips, grip wraps, rubber bumpers, and joint protectors

Warranty Process

  • Contact Cuebtots via email cuebotspayments@gmail.com
  • Provide images or send the actual product for evaluation.
  • Cuebots will repair or replace the product free of charge, depending on the damage level.
  • Shipping and insurance costs (if applicable) are covered by the customer.

Processing time:

  • Standard: within 3 - 7 working days after eligibility is confirmed.
  • For irreparable cases, a 100% product replacement is guaranteed.

 Additional Services Beyond Warranty

  • Repairs outside of warranty are available for a fee, offered at discounted rates.
  • Upgrades and official accessories offered at preferential pricing for returning customers.

We reserve the right to decline warranty service and suspend future services in cases of abuse or misuse of this policy.
