Shipping & Delivery
At Cuebots, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience, ensuring your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. -
Customized Products:
All customized items are made to order and shipped directly from our facility in Vietnam. Please allow approximately 15–20 days for production and processing before shipment. -
Split Shipments:
In some cases, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. These may be dispatched from different locations, and you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment. -
Partial Shipments:
If certain items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we may ship the available items first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. -
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with full tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the items in your order.
- Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days within the United States. However, if your order is shipped out from our facility in Vietnam, it would take around 15 days for the shipment to arrive at its destination.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are always customers’ responsibility and non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Tracking Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
5. Shipping Delays
- While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, Cuebots is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and external factors including weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please check with the carrier for the latest updates on your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
- In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We recommend including a photo of the package and a brief description of the damage for quicker resolution.
- If there is any damage or loss once the package is in transit, we will assist with the claims process through the carrier. Please note that we may need to wait up to 30 days since the claim date to replace the product, as it could be located and delivered within that time frame.
- Cuebots is not liable for theft issues after delivery. In the case of theft, we strongly advise customers to file a claim with the carrier or contact local authorities.
7. Return and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information about how to return or exchange any item once they’ve been delivered.
8. Address Changes
- If you need to modify the shipping address or details after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
