I contact CUEBOTS, right afterl placedmy order, because neededto make a changeto the order,,and they didn't get back to me. They finally answered me after one week to tell me that I can't modify the order, because is to late.. . And they advertise that the product is shipping out in 24 to48 hours... All lies.. And today it is almost a month and never received even the wrong product that they don't want to change it...I advise people to stay away from this company, because they are not serious and they don't stay behindanything . So basically they steal my money, they don't want to change the product, they don't want to give money back...And l never received anything from them...
Extension works great and fits perfectly.
Initial reaction was it had some weight to it.
Love the weight, the feel and the sport wrap was a great addition. Love it!!
The cue responds well. Time will tell with the wear and tear of the tip.
Shipping took some time and the shop app did not report the tracking properly.

NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED...THE PICTURES AND VIDEO WERE BEAUTIFULL...WHEN I RECIEVED IT I WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED...THE ENTIRE GRAPHICS ON THE CUE ARE ALL OVERLAY...NOT INLAY..AND THEY ARE ALL BLURRED AND DONT EVEN MATCH THE DIAMETER OF THE CUE...YOU CAN FEEL THE SHARPNESS OF THE EDGES ON YOUR HAND....NOT MADE WELL AT ALL...WASTE OF MONEY...WILL NOT BE USEING IT.....

The shaft plays great. I did expect the laser engraving to be a little larger
Took 3 weeks to get a shipping confirmation like they advertised. So that wasn't the greatest. However the tip swap/upgrade to the Nishiki Medium seems like a good choice. The shaft is definitely much better than the one I had on my entry level cue.
