Excellent cue I am no pro but shoots very well and definitely worth the money it feels like I am playing with a 1,000 dollar pool cue!.

The communication during the ordering process was excellent.
The final product received was not quite as requested.
I was told that the cut butt would be about 32mm, which (1.26" in diameter) and it arrived 31.4mm (about 1.24" in diameter). Which would not be noticeable for most people.
The bigger issue is that I cannot get the cue to balance correctly. It is very light and is front weighted. I put all the weights from the kit I could fit in, and it's still not right. I emailed customer service to ask if they have heavier weights and so far have not received a reply.
As it is, it's not a cue I will play with.
It's good value unless for a basic cue.
The fake wood look is more metallic than I expected, and chipped almost immediately somehow.
The wrap is very good.
The fit of the pin onto the shaft is amazing.
Delivery was on time and the cue stick seem to be of good quality. I would recommend it to others.

Chalk stays pretty well on it. No mushrooming. No blank spots as they come up oftenly on leather tips.
I play them on my jflowers s.m.o. 11.8 and a rhino 12.2

The finish imo much better than Revo or Synergy. And the ferrule definitely is much better than Synergy.
Low deflection is not a just a slogan. It is really pretty good. Nice crisp hit without the ping so many CF shafts have. I can definitely recommend it!
Very nice looking cue, plays very well and with the adjustable weight kit, fine tuning is a breeze. Solid piece for the price. Smooth shooter, minimal feedback translated during your shots unlike some other cues I’ve played with. The extension could be a bit longer but no big deal.
Shaft fit great, I upgraded the tip to the XH and it does not break very well, almost feels too soft. I will put a break/jump tip on and it should work just fine.
Fit was perfect and the tip was worth the upgrade
