I place the wrong order was wanting the complete cue stick instead I order just the shaft I am returning it as of today thats why I gave bit a 1 star 🌟
The shaft is off center, which causes a roll. I will probably return it.

Shipping took forever, but I am satisfied with this product.
I have owned and played with some of the most expensive cues on the market. I loved the appearance of the MEG. How could I go wrong for less than $100. I was quite pleased when the cue arrived. Plays well, solid contact and feel. Great cue for the money.
The shaft was excellent. Good layered leather tip.
Very good value and price. Time crystal tips were not in the package. I didn’t like Time crystal soft, but would have been interested in medium hard to try.
Excellent. I have been testing it for about two weeks now and it is solid and performs much better than I expected. Quality and price makes it a good addition to your arsenal. Highly recommend giving it a try.
This cue is as well made as any $2,500. cue I have ever seen. The 30 in. carbon fiber shaft is perfection.

The shaft is great and it's not expensive. I like a 29" shaft but 30" will do. I bought 8 shafts for all my cue butts. Top notch product.
Great shaft. Feels good and the crystal 2 tip does what I wanted to do. Great performance overall from 1-10, and ten been fantastic I will give a ten. I will continue using it since it help me to better my game.
This cue hits solid and looks great... Bought it as a backup hitter, but have hit with it regularly. Very pleased with the quality and reliability.
They actually sent me the ZW3. But solid cue and shoots straight nonetheless.

It would have been nice if you were a little more flexible with your returns and refund rules. I don't understand how you can have a customer not use the cue stick or the chalk to get a feel of the stick and how it works for the customer. I'm having to spend another 89.00 for another shaft also purchase more weight to be added to the stick To be the weight that you claimed it was upon the original purchase. For the extra 100.00 I'm having to spend i could have upgraded to a better cue if your return policy was put in place to satisfy the customer instead of worrying about the cue stick being chalked.
